The Lawyer Exchange began with an exploration into solving some of the most complex challenges facing lawyers today. We discovered that, apart from the need to make the delivery of legal services more efficient, lawyers are facing formidable challenges in trying to enter the profession, grow their practices, and exit the profession. Bob founded and currently operates Lawyer Exchange.
Prior to the Lawyer Exchange, Bob also founded and operated VISANOW.com, Inc., a high- growth, privately-held company offering breakthrough, technology-enabled global mobility services. Bob led that company in its pursuit of revolutionizing immigration and employment compliance process management and improving the legal services experience.
Bob began his career at the legal office of the United Nations World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, concentrating on public international law, international contracts, and international copyright. He returned to the U.S. and entered into private practice, continuing to focus on international business law and then expanding his practice to include immigration law, representing clients on a broad range of immigration issues.
Throughout his career, Bob has developed law firms, law firm departments, and law practices in the areas of corporate, international, and immigration law. He has been involved in bar associations and has also been an adjunct professor of law, author, and lecturer.
